The company builds on the platform’s proven traction and established international industry relationships to develop scalable products with clear commercial applications.

Green Light Pacific has its registered office located at The Precinct, Queensland’s flagship innovation hub, which also hosts closely aligned ecosystems such as the Queensland XR Hub and the Queensland AI Hub. The company is actively engaging with these organisations to identify local suppliers, technology partners, and development talent to support product development, commercialisation, and future scaling from Queensland.

As part of the leadership team, I am directly involved in shaping the product value proposition, commercial strategy, and go-to-market positioning of the Virtual Retail Platform.

Virtual Retail enables high-fidelity digital twins of retail environments, allowing cross-functional teams to collaborate in real time on store layouts, visual merchandising, immersive B2B buyer journeys and much more. By unifying strategic, design, and operational workflows into a single virtual environment, the platform significantly accelerates execution while reducing costs.



Virtual Retail also delivers measurable sustainability benefits. By allowing brands and retailers to test and validate strategies and designs virtually—before any physical build—the platform helps eliminate multiple rounds of prototyping, mock-ups, and travel, reducing waste and CO₂ emissions. It empowers brands and retailers to get it right the first time, aligning innovation with environmental responsibility.

2018

LOOP – File Sharing Platform

London Loop – World’s Largest Urban Gallery

In 2018, I initiated and led the London Loop launch campaign with the primary objective of building brand awareness for Loop, a file-sharing and collaboration platform for the creative community developed as a standalone product by GREENLIGHT. The campaign invited creatives to submit original artworks to a newly created online gallery, with daily public voting determining which works would be showcased the following day across 72 high-profile digital sites in central London, effectively transforming the city into the world’s largest urban gallery.

Within just four weeks, the campaign generated exceptional traction, attracting 2,000 registered artists, 5,000 creative submissions, 45,000 new registered users, and 143,000 new website users, achieving a 21% social engagement rate. More than 1,200 artists saw their work displayed live on London streets, establishing London Loop as a powerful intersection of creativity, technology, and public space.

The project demonstrated my ability to design and scale digital platforms with rapid public adoption.

Winner – BEA World Festival 2018: 1st place for “Use of Web & Social Media,” selected from 1,000+ global entries.

PREMIUM LIVING

Marbella Spain

In 2017, I relocated with my family to Marbella, Spain, and founded Premium Living, focusing on complex, high-value residential development projects requiring advanced project management, international coordination, and design leadership. I personally led the entire development lifecycle—from land acquisition and site strategy through the selection and coordination of lead architects, landscape architects, interior designers, construction teams, technology partners, and long-term maintenance providers.

Each project was delivered as a fully curated, turnkey residence, executed to the finest detail—from bespoke architectural and interior design concepts to premium luxury fit-outs. My work with Premium Living was featured by Forbes Czechia, and flagship projects such as Villa Shiro achieved significant international exposure, including 4.6 million views on YouTube, reinforcing the brand’s exceptional quality and global appeal.

GREENLIGHT

Founder & CEO

I founded GREENLIGHT as a fully integrated digital partner of EYELEVEL, delivering end-to-end digital retail solutions across design, software, and custom hardware for complex global retail environments, including interactive in-store catalogues, multimedia touchscreens, product customisation platforms, and iPad applications for store teams.

Following my exit from EYELEVEL, GREENLIGHT evolved into an independent vehicle focused on investing in transformational digital innovation and developing standalone technology solutions for both retail and broader enterprise applications.

2010 - 2014

iWorld Apple Premium Reseller

Founder & Visionary

As a result of EYELEVEL’s strong relationship with Apple Retail leadership in Europe, I was qualified to found and launch iWorld, an Apple Premium Reseller flagship store in the city centre of Prague.


This role placed me directly within Apple Inc. retail ecosystem during one of its most transformative periods, including the launches of the first generations of iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air, and other category-defining products. Building iWorld from concept to successful operation provided first-hand exposure to Apple’s uncompromising standards in retail design, customer experience, marketing communication, and operational excellence.

In addition to physical retail, I launched iWorld’s e-commerce and mobile commerce operations, enabling a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

After three years of strong commercial performance and brand growth, I successfully exited the business through its sale to iWant, an established Apple Premium Reseller.

2002 - 2017

EYELEVEL

Co-Founder and Global Managing Director

I co-founded EYELEVEL in Prague in 2002 and played a central role in shaping the company’s strategy, culture, and global growth, building it into a global end-to-end retail development and implementation partner for leading international brands across strategy, design, engineering, sourcing, logistics, and worldwide rollouts. As a co-founder and senior leader, I was directly involved in scaling the organisation, building and leading international management teams, and overseeing complex global client engagements.

Under this leadership, EYELEVEL expanded to 13+ global offices, grew to 620+ employees, and delivered over 1,000 retail environments annually across EMEA, the Americas, Asia, and Australia.

EYELEVEL partnered with leading global brands including adidas, Nike, The North Face, Vans, Calvin Klein, Dior, Guess, Lorna Jane, T2, Apple, Dyson, Starbucks, and others, achieving USD 125 million in revenues in 2017.

I exited the business in 2017 through its acquisition by InnerWorkings Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company.

LINEA RECTA

From Junior Project Manager to Managing Director

Prague

From 1994 to 2000, I worked at the Prague-based marketing communications agency Linea Recta, progressing from Junior Project Manager to Account Manager and ultimately Managing Director. During this time, I led the planning and execution of consumer and trade marketing campaigns for major FMCG brands, including Nestlé, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, and others.


This role provided early exposure to large-scale brand management, client leadership, and operational execution, forming a strong foundation for my later transition into entrepreneurship and global business building.
